A vacancy for a Permanent full-time Sales Support Executive now exists with IFG Private Clients. The purpose of this role is to provide central resource support to the Sales Consultants and work as part of a Sales Support Team.

Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in the delivery of service within agreed service levels including timeliness and quality to a team of sales people. Responsibilities will include:
- Opening, scanning and indexing post
- New Business Processing – sending proposals to Life Companies and follow up as necessary.
- Set up client/policy records on client database
- Initial compliance checking of new business
- Tracking new business cases - ensuring that regulatory requirements and compliance deadlines are adhered to throughout daily processes
- Manage task reminder system
- Handling client queries (written and verbal)
- Drafting letters to clients and insurance companies
Skills/Educatiion
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- QFA or studying for this examination essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Life and Pensions Brokerage or Product Provider required.
- Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and work under time pressures
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
